Owner / Facilitator

Kim Williams

owner / facilitator

Kim is an experienced wellness entrepreneur and the founder of several successful ventures in the holistic health industry.

For 12 years, Kim owned and operated the highly acclaimed Buddha Bar Healing Clinic in Newtown, where she cultivated a dedicated clientele and established a reputation for excellence in holistic healing.

In 2016, Kim sold the business to explore new opportunities and launched Feather & Seed, an aromatherapy brand focused on promoting wellness through the power of natural scents and essential oils.

Kim’s extensive qualifications include a Diploma of Aromatherapy, a Certificate in Holistic Counselling, Spiritual Life Coaching, and a Certificate III in Sound Medicine.

In May 2024, during an inspiring trip to Bali, Kim discovered the sonic waterbeds. Intrigued by their potential, she reached out to the manufacturer and as they say “the rest is history”.

Recognising the growing demand for scientifically backed wellness treatments, Kim is dedicated to bringing this transformative technology to a wider audience, continuing her mission to enhance well-being through cutting-edge, evidence-based approaches.

“I am so excited to be bringing this concept to Newtown in Sydney’s Inner West and the first in Australia.”

Eleanor Ryan

facilitator

Always feeling a deep connection to sound and rhythm, the first thing Eleanor studied after finishing High School was music. She went on to pursue full-time acting training which then led her to massage, yoga and reiki. She has been working as a Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner for the past 10 years and has recently enjoyed combining her passions, often incorporating sound healing into her treatments.

While each of these modalities may seem slightly disconnected, they are actually all intertwined. As an actor, in order to be able to take on the qualities of a character you must begin from a neutral state of being. To get to this state we need to train our nervous system to relax/activate the parasympathetic. This can be achieved by a variety of means and these can include massage, yoga, reiki and sound frequency… which brings us to this exciting new chapter at Frequency Lab.

Eleanor is thrilled to be part of this exclusive new studio that feeds the vibration of sound directly into the body and mind… allowing for the activation of the parasympathetic state through the immersive experience of sound, vibration and light. Join Eleanor’s sessions for a journey into a realm that is free of the anxieties and stresses of the day-to-day… training your body into knowing and experiencing the healing depths that relaxation can offer.
