Created for the purpose of recovery from intense physical or mental activity, this journey is a deep dive to the edges of sleep where theta and delta brain waves are predominant and where our being is empowered to optimally rest, restore, replenish and heal.

Empower is a shamanic journey that stimulates life force and action by awakening our inner fire and warrior archetype through the powerful sound of drums, didgeridoo, gong and transcendental voice activations. Owning our inner warrior and bringing it into the light of consciousness with love and awareness is the key to true power where we can be most in service to ourselves, the earth, and our community.

Release is a powerful sound journey to support the processing of emotional blockages that may be limiting us to feel and live fully. By activating the root chakra with deep vibrations from the didgeridoo, throat singing for grounding before entering into more emotional territory with the water element of melancholic sounds of cello and harmonising angelic voices, this journey supports the transformation of stuck energy into positive life force energy.

Restore is a deeply relaxing sound journey into a safe and sacred space, nurtured and held by the divine feminine energy. This journey will support you to let go of the outside world and dive into a blissful ocean of sound filled with soothing angelic vocals, gentle didgeridoo vibrations, Crystal bowls, nature sounds blended with electronic soundscapes designed to help ground yourself back into a state of calm and relaxed presence.

Reconnect is a moving sound journey filled with ambient orchestral sounds and angelic aether vocals designed to focus the mind and reconnect it to the heart.
